1General Information & Eligibility
Ck233 (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service operating under an international license. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on ck233, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all terms and conditions set out below.
Although this document is published in Bengali, the English version shall take legal precedence. If anything is unclear, please contact support.

2Account & Registration
To create an account on ck233, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
- Each person may hold only one account.
- Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
Warning: ck233 reserves the right to close any account registered with false information and forfeit the balance at any time.
The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out while logged into their account. Do not share your password with others or store it in an unsecured location.
3Deposits & Withdrawals
Ck233 supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and card. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal (required only once).
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold while an active bonus is in use.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy: ck233 complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
4Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Ck233 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. The general rules are:
- Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are typically 30x to 50x.
- The same person may not claim the same promotion more than once.
- Wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.
- Ck233 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
- If bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting or use of multiple accounts — is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5Gaming & Betting Rules
All game outcomes on ck233 are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and verified by third-party auditors. For Sports Betting, the following specific rules apply:
- Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled (except under specific cash-out rules).
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, ck233 will make the appropriate decision.
- We reserve the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds is identified.
Match Fixing: If any bet linked to match-fixing in cricket or any other sport is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and legal action may be taken.
6Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck233:
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games or place bets.
- Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
- Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a minor.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
7Account Closure & Suspension
Ck233 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If the terms and conditions are violated.
- If a false identity or fraudulent activity is detected.
- If KYC verification has not been completed.
- If a suspicious betting pattern is detected.
Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned via the registered payment method.
8Limitation of Liability
Ck233 is not liable for the following:
- If a game or bet is interrupted mid-way due to a loss of internet connection.
- If data is lost due to an issue with the user's device or software.
- If the account holder shares their login credentials with others and loss results from it.
- Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
Good to Know: Gaming should be for entertainment. There is no guarantee of recovering lost funds, and ck233 bears no liability in this regard.
9Terms Update Policy
Ck233 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
- A notification will be sent on the platform.
- Notification will be sent to your registered email.
- Upon first login after any update, you will be asked to accept the new terms.
Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
